We started as a property management company in 1984 for a few properties. Today, we manage well over 30 properties in our portfolio, ranging from land to commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
Building on our property management experiences and the challenge of securing trusted service providers to maintain our managed properties, we ventured into maintenance services in 2019, We aim to provide customers a convenient way to hire trusted local service professionals with affordable and transparent pricing.
In 2021, we expanded our maintenance partnerships with other qualified and eDge Services approved providers. Today, we have over 30 qualified and trusted partners in Johor Bahru across a wide range of local services.
Looking ahead, we will continue to improve the maintenance services standard in Malaysia. We will leverage technology, improve training for our technicians, and ensure we continue to provide trusted and affordable local services for you.
